Senior Mechanical Contracts Manager
Your new role involves ensuring project delivery meets contractual requirements. This includes managing resources, procuring necessary materials and subcontractor packages.
You will be responsible for the project team, staff management, labour control and coordination. Regular meetings with clients are also a key part of this role.
Liaising with clients and contractors is essential for successful project delivery. Additionally, you will be responsible for ordering and managing products/machinery for site operations.
To succeed in this position, applicants must have a clean driving license and previous experience managing large-scale mechanical projects. A Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent qualification is also required. Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of health and safety practices are essential skills.
