Role Overview:
In this challenging and rewarding role, you will manage key client relationships and deliver high-quality permanent recruitment solutions across various sectors. As an Experienced Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top candidates through effective sourcing strategies, collaborating with the management team on new projects, and developing sales and sourcing plans to meet and exceed targets.
About You:
This is an ideal opportunity for a recruitment professional with a proven background in 360 recruitment and a strong understanding of at least one of the following sectors: Construction, Warehouse & Logistics, Hospitality, Facilities Management, or Life Science & Engineering. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's agency recruitment experience, ideally in one of the listed sectors. They will also possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to manage their own desk effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Managing and expanding relationships with existing clients

- Sourcing and attracting top candidates through various sourcing strategies
- Engaging in proactive business development and attending relevant networking events
