Principal Recruiter - Engineering and Science - Collins McNicholas We are currently partnering exclusively with an advanced Galway start up as they expand their R&D team with three new permanent hires.
As part of this expansion, they are hiring an experienced Senior Electronic Design Engineer to adopt a key design role in technology and product developments.
Responsibilities: Design and integrate analogue and digital circuits into medical equipment Generate design inputs and outputs such as engineering specifications, schematics and BoM's Create and execute test methods and product verification Lead communications with key customers, suppliers and cross-functional project teams to deliver differentiated endoscopic solutions for the market.
Qualifications and Experience: Bachelors degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or related discipline with a minimum of 5 years applicable experience Experience in analogue and digital electronics, schematic design and laboratory testing is essential Experience in circuit simulation, embedded systems, firmware and programmable logic is desirable Experience in medical (preferred) or another high-reliability industry is desirable Proficient in the use of electronic design and Microsoft Office software Excellent organisation, teamwork and communication skills Strong problem-solving skills and motivation to learn For a confidential discussion, a more detailed job spec and more information on the role, please contact Amy Newell.
