Job Title: Production Manager

Your New Role
As a Production Manager, you will report to the Operations Director and be responsible for overseeing the production staff and operatives across the whole site.
Main Responsibilities:
* Ensure adherence to health and safety policies
* Lead a safety culture within the production team
* Manage production schedules to meet targets
* Optimise production planning for efficiency
Collaboration:
You will coordinate closely with logistics, nutrition, customer service, and engineering teams to ensure smooth operations and high-quality standards.
Key Challenges:
* Site visits, audits, trials, and improvement projects
* Staff development and compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need strong team-building and communication skills, the ability to plan and work under pressure, and a hands-on leadership style that can motivate and inspire teams.
* A degree or HND in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field is essential
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a manufacturing leadership role within a Production Environment
* Knowledge of ISO and quality standards
* Experience with DSL automation systems
* Qualifications in IOSH Managing Safely and HACCP Level 3
