Job Title: Front of House Manager - Hotel Operations
We are seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to join our team in a 4-star hotel in Cork. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all front of house activities, including food and beverage services, events, and conferences.
Responsibilities:
* Manage daily operations and coordinate all areas of the hotel
* Lead and guide the team as required during service/shift
* Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene prevail
* Observe all shift and opening/closing procedures
Requirements:
* Experience in managing busy Food and Beverage operations
* Outlets, Rooms service experience required
* Candidates need experience managing Conferences, Weddings, Events
* Front office training is needed, ability to check in/out and assist in this area
