Graduate Electrical Engineer - 2026 role at Stantec. Location: Dublin, Galway, Cork, Castlebar.
We are seeking a driven and ambitious graduate engineer with a passion for electrical engineering to join our dynamic consultancy in Ireland. You will be part of a Graduate cohort in 2026 and will collaborate with experienced professionals who will mentor you as you contribute to infrastructure projects across water, wastewater, energy and environmental management.
You’ll have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects from the planning and design phases to on-site implementation, gaining hands-on experience to fast-track your career.
About You

* Qualified, or soon to be qualified, with a third-level degree in Electrical Engineering (level 7 or higher in the National Framework of Qualifications).

* Deliver solutions for clients across water, wastewater, energy and environmental management projects.

* Contribute across the project lifecycle from planning and design to on-site implementation.
