EMPOWERMENT are delighted to partner with a global multinational to identify a talented Finance Business Partner to join their team. In this diverse role, you will act as a key finance business partner with day-to-day activities including budgeting and forecasting, variance and financial analysis, monthly projections and much more.
This role will suit a results and commercially driven qualified accountant with 3 - 5 years' PQE, either coming directly from Big Four practice or already in a commercially focused role in industry.
Responsibilities:
* Monthly, quarterly, ad hoc and annual financial reports & analysis
* Identifying and reporting on variances between budget and forecast
* Participate in preparation of annual budget
* KPI analysis for various business initiatives
* Delivering presentations to senior management and stakeholders
* Conduct periodic financial reviews and agree on action points
* Ability to manage a team to deliver best in class support
Experience:
* Qualified Accountant - ACA/ACCA/CIMA with a minimum of 3-5 years PQE
* Strong academics - First Class Honours Degree/Masters or 500+ points in Leaving Certificate
* Experience in financial analysis highly advantageous
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Enjoys working cross functionally and collaborating with multiple stakeholders
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Excellent skills in MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
