Looking for a hardworking, responsible, experienced head chef for a busy French Bistro in Dublin 4.
Must have solid knowledge/foundation in classic French cooking and ability to manage a team of chefs.
The chef must have an understanding of costing/purchasing and ability to work within the parameters/margins set out by the directors.
The chef must be professional with good interpersonal skills and with strong ability to lead both front and back of house.

Pay: €40,000.00-€60,000.00 per year
