About Your New Job
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient and reliable plant operations by:
* Performing routine maintenance and safety checks to support smooth production processes.
* Troubleshooting and maintaining controls, sensors, pneumatics, and electrical systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
* Assisting with mechanical repairs and minimizing downtime during equipment breakdowns.
* Supporting the implementation of preventative and predictive maintenance programs to improve reliability.
* Installing new equipment and contributing to the development of engineering procedures.
What Skills You Need
To succeed in this Maintenance Technician role, you should have:
* Hands-on experience maintaining manufacturing systems or processing plant equipment.
* Electrical and mechanical knowledge or relevant qualifications.
* Basic computer skills and the ability to generate maintenance reports.
* Strong time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
