We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and innovation to our customers, and we are now seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team on a maternity cover contract.
Overview
The Marketing Executive will report to the Dealer Principal and work closely with the Sales and Aftersales teams. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating all marketing and communications activity for JJ Burke Car Sales. This role is ideal for a creative and driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital, print, radio, and local media.
* Manage the company’s website and ensure content is up to date, engaging, and SEO-friendly.
* Plan, create, and schedule content across social media platforms to grow engagement and brand awareness.
* Coordinate dealership events, sponsorships, and community partnerships.
* Liaise with manufacturer partners (Peugeot, Renault, Dacia) to ensure brand compliance and maximise support opportunities.
* Design and produce marketing collateral (posters, digital assets) in line with brand guidelines.
* Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly reports on KPIs, lead generation, and ROI.
* Support Sales and Aftersales teams with promotions, customer communications, and showroom materials.
* Contribute ideas to enhance JJ Burke Car Sales’ brand visibility and customer experience.
Key Requirements
* Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
* 3+ years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within retail, automotive, or agency.
* Strong digital marketing skills including social media management, content creation, and analytics.
* Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite or similar).
* Excellent communication, copywriting, and organisational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and work to deadlines.
* Self-motivated with a proactive, can-do attitude.
* A full clean driver’s licence is an advantage.
