As a Senior Account Handler you will get involved in developing processes, ensuring best practice, and giving guidance to less experienced team members. You will be APA or CIP qualified or working towards it Exhibit high Emotional Intelligence and ability to empathize with customers. Have minimum 3 years insurance experience, either in customer service roles, or working on Personal Lines with new business, renewals and MTAs. (Previous experience working on motor policies is highly desirable) Experience getting cover for non-standard policies Enjoy working in a busy vibrant office. Become the subject matter expert to offer cover even when circumstances fall slightly outside the standard acceptance criteria. Strong attention to detail in ensuring all transactions are captured on the system.
