The opportunity:

We are looking to recruit an experienced and motivated Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Team, reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer.

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for shaping and delivering, digital first marketing campaigns that build awareness, drives engagement, and fuels performance outcomes. This person is obsessed with CPAs, CTRs, and ROI. Someone who transforms raw numbers (loves data) into compelling stories, sharp insights and an instinct for what cuts through.

Main responsibilities: what will you do?

Digital Media Maestro

* You will take full ownership of our media budget – allocating, optimising, and maximizing every euro. You will work smarter (not just harder), leveraging data to find efficiency wins and strategically maximise our ROI;
* Own strategy & deployment of digital campaigns across paid and owned channels e.g. digital media, Elkstone Access (our investment platform), website incl. SEO ultimately driving brand and business growth e.g. traffic, quality leads and conversion rates;
* Optimise always-on content to contribute to brand metrics and upper-funnel traffic;
* Champion new formats, platforms and digital storytelling techniques that build emotional connection;

Digital Acquisition

Commercialisation of Elkstone Access – a digital investment platform, focusing on driving quality leads, new accounts opened, and clients acquired. You will have experience using advanced digital marketing techniques e.g. AI / machine learning, attribution analysis and dynamic creative optimisation.

Data Driven Insights

* Analytics: experience using tools like Google Analytics to track user behaviour, assess campaign performance, and make informed decisions based on real time data;
* Conversion Rate Optimisation: experience with A/B testing, user experience enhancements and personalised content to maximise the percentage of visitors who complete desired actions;
* Leverage Salesforce and marketing automation tools to drive segmentation, targeting, and performance tracking.

Campaign Reporting

You'll build and deliver crystal-clear performance reports and campaign updates that are action orientated and have a clear focus on ROI. Drive a clear narrative on performance and impact of creative activity. Support forecasting and budget planning across digital media spend. Feed into innovation and media planning — ensuring
test-and-learn
mindset.

Qualifications and experience:

* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related disciplines, or equivalent professional experience;
* Data Driven DNA: candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years' demonstrable previous experience in marketing, ideally in analytical marketing roles, acquired in a professional/corporate environment – agency or client;
* Knowledge of media planning principles and channels;
* Ability to switch fluidly between "marketing speak" and "business speak", crafting narratives that connect data to commercial outcome with confidence and clarity;
* A flair for designing intuitive, eye-catching dashboards and charts that not only inform but inspire action. Know how to highlight the story in the stats;
* Excellent relationship building/strong collaboration skills, with positive, professional attitude focused on results and delivering value to clients;
* Strong communicator who can translate campaign performance raw data into actionable insights & compelling stories for stakeholders. It is an essential requirement of the role that the successful candidate is fluent in English, both spoken and written;
* Strong analytical skills with experience in insight/data-driven marketing and performance measurement;
* Exceptional stakeholder-management and influencing skills – whether you're rallying senior business partners, media agencies, or internal partners;
* A love for creativity, data, collaboration, and a little bit of chaos (the good kind);
* Self-starter, excellent project management & organizational skills & ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment;
* A genuine passion for emerging marketing technologies and industry trends;
* Worked in Financial Services or have experience working in a start-up.
