Many of the Elk products are made from the materials produced in Galtee.Role OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and sales focused Customer Service Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth communication between customers, sales, and operations, while maintaining high standards of service at Elk Interiors.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-store.Provide product information, quotes, and order updates in a timely and professional manner.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing, delivery scheduling, and after-sales support.Manage customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.Monitor service metrics and prepare regular reports for management.Support showroom operations and assist with walk-in customers.Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve customer engagement and retention.RequirementsProven experience in a customer service or coordination role (2+ years preferred).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Previous experience in business administration and organisation a strong advantageExperience in interior design an advantage.Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.Desirable QualificationsDiploma or degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Interior design or related field.Experience in retail, construction, or home improvement sectors.Experience with inventory/order management systems.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits.A supportive and collaborative team environment.Opportunities for training in areas such as interior design, digital systems, 3D design and CAD drawing, business management, social media and marketing.Product DiscountsJob Type: Full-timePay: €35,000.00-€45,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company pensionEmployee discountWork Location: In person
