About the Role
* Advise and report regularly to Commercial Manager on contractual matters.
* Identify contract grounds for claim, negotiate and agree subcontractors' prices and terms.
* Prepare subcontract and suppliers documents, ensuring timely closure of final accounts.
* Investigate losses and draft commercial/contractual correspondence.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and advise on project contracts, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
* Negotiate and prepare commercial documentation, including subcontract agreements.
* Review and analyse financial reports, identifying areas for cost reduction.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve project profitability.
Requirements
* Professional qualification in Contract Administration or a related field.
* 2+ years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction industry.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a strong attention to detail.
