Job Title: People Operations Generalist
Contract Type: Maternity Cover until the end of December 2025
Working Style: Hybrid, with occasional late evenings to support hub operations
This role is ideal for those seeking to progress or take a step up within their HR career. As a People Operations Generalist, you will be working closely with the management team to drive improvements in HR tools and processes.
Main Responsibilities:
* Support recruitment, employee onboarding, management, and retention efforts
* Drive improvement in HR tools and processes
* Provide advice and guidance on employment policies, procedures, grievances, disciplinaries, and health matters
* Update and ensure compliance with changes in Irish legislation and laws
* Promote equality, inclusion, and diversity within the organization
* Produce people reporting and insights
* Mentor and lead a team of People Operations Administrators
* Participate in the setup of company and employee events
* Contribute to various HR-related project work as required
Requirements:
* At least 2 years' experience in a similar HR role
* 3rd level qualification in HR (CIPD preferred)
* Disciplinaries and investigations experience
* Employee Absence Management experience
* Knowledge/experience in Employment Law
* Proficient with MS Office (advanced Excel skills) and HR management systems
* Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
* A proactive and strong work ethic with excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, conflict management, influencing, and decision-making skills
