We are Recruiting for a Plumbing Support Engineer to join our client\'s team in County Cork. This role blends Plumbing technical expertise with the ability to support plumbers and installers to deliver innovative heating and renewable energy solutions to customers. You will provide technical guidance, product training, and on-site assistance, ensuring correct system setup, troubleshooting when required, and fostering strong relationships to encourage repeat business and promote advanced heating and renewable solutions.
Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong client relationships with installers, engineers, and distributors.
* Provide technical support, training, and product demonstrations.
* Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and supporting documentation.
* Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities.
* Support the full sales cycle, ensuring excellent after-sales service.
* Represent the business at industry events and exhibitions.
Requirements
* Qualification in Plumbing, Mechanical/Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
* Proven technical sales experience, ideally in heating or renewable energy.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Commercially focused with results-driven approach.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* Full clean driving licence; willingness to travel.
