Corporate Communications Manager
This is a senior-level position responsible for developing and implementing corporate communications strategies that promote the company's brand, values, and reputation. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and messaging that resonate with diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing external corporate communications plans to raise awareness of the company's economic impact, sustainability initiatives, and community engagement efforts.
* Managing media relations, including building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and responding to media inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
* Creating and executing social media strategies that showcase the company's thought leadership, products, and services.
* Working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement crisis communication plans and issue management strategies.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in a communications or PR role, with a proven track record of success in managing complex projects and campaigns.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and contexts.
* Strong influencing, facilitation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders, stakeholders, and team members.
* A third-level qualification in marketing, public relations, or a related field, or relevant experience in a related industry.
