Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for patient care, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide direct patient care including administering medications, treatments, and monitoring vital signs.
* Assess patient conditions and provide necessary interventions in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
* Collaborate with doctors, healthcare teams, and families to ensure patient well-being and optimal health outcomes.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation as per regulatory standards.
* Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards in the ICU setting.
Requirements:
* Valid NMBI registration and current licensure.
* Minimum 6 months recent clinical experience in a hospital setting.
* Minimum 6 months experience working within the ICU, with a focus on critical care.
* Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
* Up-to-date Mandatory training, including Basic Life Support (BLS) and Manual Handling. Direct Medics can provide in-house training if required.
* Access to reliable transportation is an advantage but not essential.
