Wedding Events Manager Ravenport Resort are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Wedding Events Co-Ordinator to join their team.
Management of the full sales process from enquiry through to booking and delivery of the event.
Managing the communication process - Dealing with clients in person and via telephone email.
All requests should be responded in a professional timely manner, endeavouring to convert every enquiry into a sale whilst providing the highest level of service.
Prepare detailed operations sheets for each wedding or event, detailing client's requests and communicate this effectively to all relevant departments Carryout and complete all instructions for wedding or event set-up on day of event Ensure all quotes and contracts are accurate presented to each client to Neville Hotels standard Conduct private show rounds of the resort and represent the venue at scheduled open days and evenings Provide support to additional departments as necessary including, but not limited, to Reception Reservations Key Skills Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 + years of experience in event management, preferably within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment, with a proven track record of successful event execution.
Strong leadership and team management experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and hotel staff.
Highly organized with attention to detail, able to manage multiple events simultaneously.
A creative thinker with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly under pressure.
Dedicated to providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable guest experience.
Proficiency in hotel management systems, with a basic understanding of AV and other technical requirements for events.
