We are seeking a dynamic and experienced UX Manager to lead our user experience team in creating intuitive, engaging, and effective user interfaces for our SaaS products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX design, a passion for improving user journeys, and a proven track record of managing and mentoring design teams. As a UX Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet the highest standards of usability and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of UX designers, researchers, and UI developers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
2. Define and implement UX strategies aligned with business goals and user needs.
3. Oversee the end-to-end user experience process, from research and ideation to design and usability testing.
4. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to integrate UX design into the product development lifecycle
Requirements:
5. Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
6. 5+ years of experience in UX design with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
7. Proven experience in designing complex B2B SaaS applications.
