About the Job:
This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), responsible for leading a globally distributed finance team with responsibility across financial reporting, strategic analysis, and tax.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting executive decision-making, ensuring robust financial governance, and driving operational excellence across the finance function.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the preparation of financial statements in compliance with IFRS/GAAP
Oversee and manage global audit processes and ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions
Deliver strategic financial analysis, scenario modelling, and investment support to senior leadership
Manage international tax compliance and drive optimisation strategies
Strengthen and streamline financial operations, forecasting, and reporting processes
Mentor and lead a multinational finance team, fostering development and collaboration
Implement best-in-class financial controls and systems to support global business growth.
Qualifications:
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent) with proven finance leadership experience
Strong background in aircraft leasing, aviation finance, or Big 4 advisory/consulting
Expertise in corporate financial reporting, analysis, and cross-border tax matters
Experience managing international finance teams and audit processes
Commercially minded, strategic thinker with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working with complex financial models, systems, and reporting tools (advanced Excel proficiency essential)
