**Job Description:**

As a Delivery Driver, you will play a critical role in our organization by representing our company to customers and ensuring the efficient and accurate delivery of goods. **Key Responsibilities:**
* **Safe Driving:** Operate a delivery vehicle (e.g., van, truck, or car) in a safe and responsible manner while adhering to all traffic laws and company safety guidelines.
* **Timely Deliveries:** Ensure on-time deliveries to customers, meeting established delivery schedules and deadlines.
* **Product Handling:** Safely load, transport, and unload products, ensuring the integrity of the items being delivered.
* **Customer Service:** Provide exceptional customer service by delivering orders with a professional and courteous attitude. Address customer inquiries and concerns as needed.
* **Route Planning:** Efficiently plan delivery routes, considering traffic conditions and optimizing delivery times.
* **Vehicle Maintenance:** Perform regular vehicle inspections and basic maintenance tasks, such as checking oil, tire pressure, and fuel levels. Report any issues or malfunctions promptly.
* **Documentation:** Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation, including delivery receipts, invoices, and any other necessary paperwork.
* **Communication:** Maintain open and effective communication with the dispatch team to provide status updates, address changes, and handle unexpected situations.
* **Adherence to Policies:** Follow company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines, and ensure the proper handling of products during transit.
* **Professional Appearance:** Present a neat and professional appearance, wearing company-provided uniforms or adhering to a dress code, as required.
**Qualifications:**
* Must have a valid driver's full license (Irish or EU).
* A clean driving record with no major violations or accidents.
* Previous experience as a delivery driver is a plus but not required.
* Excellent navigation skills and familiarity with GPS or map apps.
* Strong customer service skills with a polite and professional demeanor.
* Ability to lift and carry packages or products as needed.
* Reliable and responsible with strong time-management skills.
* Physical fitness to meet the demands of the job.
* Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting is a plus.
**Working Conditions:**
* The shift will start at **4:30 PM and end between 2:00 AM and 4:00 AM**, depending on delivery schedules.
-Delivery charges will be paid separately from the hourly rate.
* This position requires frequent driving and may involve exposure to various weather conditions.
* Some deliveries may require lifting and carrying heavy items.
* Flexible hours with the possibility of occasional overtime.
Pay: €5.00 to €7.00 per hour (delivery charges paid separately).
**Expected Hours:** 20-45 per week
