* Daily Operations Oversight: Diagnosis and correction of line detractors to ensure seamless production
* Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Development and implementation of projects to enhance uptime, yield, and cycle time
* Planned Maintenance Strategies: Organisation, control, and improvement activities to minimize downtime
* Spare Parts Sourcing and Management: Critical assessment and identification of required components
* Site Strategy and Capacity Planning: Support and capacity expansion projects to meet growing demands
* Technical Training and Development: Provision of training and development opportunities for operations and maintenance personnel
* Safety and Quality Assurance: Role modelling good behaviours and tracking open items to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
* Work Instructions and Procedures: Development and execution of relevant procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency
