Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Coordinator to oversee day-to-day operations on site and ensure compliance with EHS and QAQC standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for overseeing the execution of project scope, ensuring adherence to the planned delivery schedule, and reviewing technical documentation.
2. Coordinate with appointed subcontractors, manage assigned sections of work, and maintain accurate project documentation via software.
3. Report progress to the Project Manager in accordance with internal standards and facilitate effective communication among team members.
Requirements:
1. Proven record of successfully managing projects through to completion.
2. Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of construction industry practices and project execution methodologies.
3. Experienced in internal and external fit-out, possessing a keen eye for finishes and a proven track record of delivering projects on time.
4. Computer literate with proficiency in MS office and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Able to work under pressure, exercising sound judgment and possessing strong leadership abilities to motivate and drive the workforce.
