This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and driven Sous Chef to join a high-end culinary operation within a boutique luxury hotel environment.
The hotel operates: A fine dining restaurant serving a maximum of 42 covers A bar offering light lunch service Afternoon Tea service (Thursday to Sunday) Breakfast service daily for residents You will work closely with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional food quality and maintain the highest culinary standards across all services.

Key Duties Support the Head Chef in the daily operation of the kitchen Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency Assist with menu development and seasonal menu planning Ensure HACCP and food safety standards are strictly adhered to Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff Assist with stock control, ordering and minimising waste Ensure smooth kitchen operations during service Contribute to a positive and professional kitchen culture The Must Requirements to Be Considered Must have experience in hospitality Must have experience in a Sous Chef role or be ready to step up into a Sous Chef position Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland Visa and relocation packages are not provided Salary & Benefits Salary: €45,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience) Opportunities for career progression within the company Access to professional development and training programmes A dynamic and supportive working environment Accommodation available
