Job Title: Infrastructure Project Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Infrastructure Project Coordinator to join our team in Mayo.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in civil engineering, working on roads infrastructure projects throughout the West of Ireland.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to Project & Site Managers, ensuring the smooth execution of projects from start to finish.
Maintaining good relations with clients and stakeholders is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Attend regular meetings with internal and external project stakeholders to ensure seamless communication
* Compile quality control records to maintain high standards of workmanship
* Contribute to Health and Safety management onsite, prioritizing employee well-being
* Record and monitor site plant and personnel to optimize resource allocation
* Produce as-built drawings and information to facilitate future projects
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years postgraduate experience in a similar role, preferably in construction or civil engineering
* Possession of a third-level qualification in Construction/Civil Engineering or related field
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to effectively engage with various stakeholders
* Self-motivation and ability to multitask multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
