Lead Mechanical Engineer
You will be responsible for leading a team of mechanical engineers in the development of next-generation aircraft systems. This role involves fostering a collaborative culture, driving cross-functional coordination, and establishing clear accountability frameworks.
* Leadership & Collaboration
o As Lead Mechanical Engineer, you will lead, mentor, and grow a team of mechanical engineers, focusing on creativity, accountability, and technical excellence.

o Lead design solutions for extreme environment operations, including thermal management and environmental protection systems.
o Drive optimization for volume manufacturing while meeting certification requirements.
o Champion reliability engineering practices to achieve commercial aviation safety standards.
* Technical Excellence & Innovation
o Bring a first-principles approach to technical challenges.
o Establish design standards, analysis methods, and testing protocols for safety-critical systems.
o Lead root-cause analysis and corrective action processes for field issues.
o Drive adoption of modern CAD/PLM tools and simulation workflows.
o Build knowledge base for lessons learned and design best practices.
