Overview
Join to apply for the Order Processor role at BMI Group. This is a fixed term contract until 28 August 2026, based in Dublin office, five days a week.
Responsibilities
* Organisation of inbound email mailboxes and distribution of customer queries.
* Accurately process orders by direct entry onto the company’s computer database and check and release orders.
* Make outbound calls to customers to clarify any order queries where required.
* Seek written confirmation from customers if there are any amendments to the original order/quotation.
* Create and maintain professional working relationships with internal stakeholders, in particular ensuring close communication with Field Sales on all account management matters, especially in the area of issuing and recording prices.
* Ownership and accountability for their order book ensuring daily checks are completed, including advising customers of their collection & process.
* Thorough personal performance contribution to individual and team results in line with the departmental KPIs to help the company meet overall turnover and profitability.
Your Key Skills And Experience
* Previous experience in a Data Entry / Order Processing role.
* Experience of sales order processing.
* Experience of working within a busy, fast paced and demanding environment with the ability to work accurately within strict timescales.
* Computer literate - intermediate knowledge.
* Willingness and confidence to make outbound calls.
* Willingness and openness to learning new skills.
* Self-motivated with a good telephone manner and professional communication skills both verbally and written.
* Keen eye for detail with the ability to spot errors.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and efficiently.
* Resilience.
* Knowledge of SAP & CRM systems would be advantageous.
