Sought After Employment Associate Role
We are looking for an experienced Employment Associate to join our team in Dublin. As a key member of our employment law team, you will be responsible for advising international and domestic clients on various Irish employment law matters.
The role encompasses a broad range of tasks, including employment contracts, business restructurings, redundancy processes, and alternative workplace arrangements. You will also be involved in high court litigation, WRC claims, and mediations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advise clients on employment law matters, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategic solutions for complex employment law cases.
* Represent clients in high court litigation, WRC claims, and mediations.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (LLB or LLM).
* Minimum 3 years of experience as an Employment Lawyer or in a related field.
* Strong understanding of Irish employment law, including contracts, business restructurings, and redundancy processes.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Able to work effectively in a team environment.
