to lead the end-to-end implementation of a new Human Resource Information System (HRIS). This role sits at the centre of a major digital transformation, shaping the way the business manages people, data, and processes across multiple regions.

with a strong track record in implementing large-scale business systems. Whether you've driven a
HRIS, ERP, or CRM implementation
, you'll bring proven delivery expertise and the ability to manage complexity in a multinational environment. Experience of
SAP implementations
will be considered a strong advantage.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading the technical delivery of the HRIS transformation, from planning to deployment.
* Liaising with both stakeholders and an external vendor.
* Managing integrations with existing systems and overseeing the retirement of legacy applications.
* Driving governance, risk management, and sharper project accountability.
* Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and managing dependencies across technical and business teams.
* Enhancing reporting, data accuracy, and business processes through smart technical delivery.
