Access Talent Group are recruiting for a M&E Coordinator to work on high-end bespoke fit-out projects for a contractor based in Dublin.
With the demand from blue-chip household names for state-of-the-art office spaces, our client has taken on large amounts of these projects in Dublin. The company has been establishing itself at the very top of the industry for a long time, specializing in large-scale projects all over Ireland.
They are looking for an M&E Coordinator to join the working team to maintain their high efficiency. Due to a large upsizing, they are seeking a fresh candidate to fill this new role.
A successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following:
* Experience in fit-out from grey box to completion
* Education - M&E Qualification (Preferred)
* Extensive experience in project turnaround of roughly 12 - 16 weeks
* Experience working on medium to large projects
* Knowledge of the fluidity that makes large-scale projects progress
