What You’ll Do:
* Provide expert advice and support to customers on a diverse range of products
* Ensure shelves are fully stocked and displays are always looking their best
* Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation throughout the store
* Handle payments, balance tills, and assist with the day-to-day operations
* Follow security procedures for cash and merchandise
* Participate in stocktakes and inventory management
* Keep pricing and product information up to date
What You Bring to the Team:
* Strong communication and people skills
* A passion for customer service and the agricultural industry
* Previous experience in counter sales or retail (an advantage)
* Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office (preferred but not essential)
* Leaving Certificate education (Agri-related qualifications are a bonus!)
