**Job Description**
* Support the Technology and Innovation Group as an Executive Assistant, providing administrative and secretarial services to partners and associates.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage comprehensive email and diary systems, ensuring timely responses and effective time management.
* Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and itineraries for the Technology practice group and wider Commercial team.
* Process expenses, maintain client marketing databases, and perform ad-hoc duties as required.
* Assist with client onboarding, ensuring all Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures are followed.
* Create, edit, and format legal documents and templates using digital dictation tools.
Requirements
* A minimum of 4 years' experience as a Legal Secretary PA/EA, with in-depth knowledge of client billing/payments systems.
* Excellent IT skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with high attention to detail and typing skills of at least 60 words per minute.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize workload effectively.
