Key Responsibilities:
The senior pharmacist is responsible for prioritizing patient care and safety at all times. The primary duties include prescription review, patient education, clinical intervention documentation, managing the dispensary safely, maintaining accurate records and ensuring proficiency in oncology/haematology information systems.
Additionally,tasks performed onsite include:
* Maintaining high standards of pharmaceutical practice.
* Developing standard operating procedures to ensure efficient operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Prior experience as a senior pharmacist is necessary along with excellent communication skills. Proficiency in computer-based systems including electronic health records would be beneficial.
