About the Role:
Your role as a Field Service Engineer is pivotal to delivering unparalleled customer satisfaction and adhering to stringent safety standards. You will provide expert repair services for our technical solutions, ensuring optimal performance and longevity through your expertise.
* You will report directly to the Operations Manager.
* You will conduct planned and ad-hoc services to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair complex technical systems.
* You will ensure compliance with all relevant safety protocols and document all activities.
* You will serve as the primary on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs in a timely and professional manner.
To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of 2 years of experience working as a service or maintenance technician, preferably with a technical school background and basic knowledge of English.
