Working across our Community Care division, the Quality Assurance Coordinator plays a crucial role in assisting the Group Quality Director to manage the Quality Management System.
The successful candidate will be based at our Sligo location and travel regularly to residential services across the Northwest and Western regions. This full-time position reports directly to the Group Quality Director.

Key Responsibilities
The Quality Assurance Coordinator will:
* Assist the Group Quality Director in managing the Quality Management System
* Travel to residential services across the Northwest and Western regions to monitor and improve quality standards
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
* Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance the care experience
* Maintain accurate records and documentation in electronic and hard copy formats
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A third-level qualification in health, social care, or quality management
* Experience implementing a quality system in a care environment
* Strong knowledge of risk management, incident management, and review processes
* Familiarity with regulations, standards, and inspections relevant to the sector
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
* Ability to work independently using initiative and creativity
* Full driver's license with eligibility to drive in Ireland and access to a vehicle
* Eligibility to work in Ireland without restriction
