Responsibilities: Assisting with the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation. Supporting senior quantity surveyors in procurement and subcontractor management. Monitoring and reporting on project costs to ensure alignment with budgets. Assisting with valuations, variations, and final accounts. Attending site meetings and supporting progress tracking and reporting. Maintaining accurate project documentation and cost records. Assisting with interim and final payment applications. Supporting contract administration and compliance with industry standards. Requirements: A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related field. 12 years of experience in a QS role, ideally on civils or infrastructure projects. Basic understanding of cost management principles and construction contracts. Proficient in Microsoft Office and QS software tools (e.g., CostX, Excel). Strong attention to detail and numerical skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Willingness to learn and progress within a supportive team environment. Proactive attitude and ability to take initiative when required. Package: Salary: €40,000 €45,000 depending on experience. Pension contribution scheme.
