Job Opportunity: Treasury Leader
A seasoned finance professional is required to lead treasury operations as a key regional leader within a global team and a member of the finance leadership team. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to develop and implement effective treasury policies, procedures, and systems that drive efficiency, productivity, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a high-performance treasury team, developing their skills and inspiring continuous improvement.
* Represent treasury as a member of the finance leadership team and drive overall engagement of treasury operations.
* Develop and implement cash management processes, intercompany financing, and liquidity management strategies that support business growth.
* Manage bank account structure, fee structure, and maximize operational functionality.
* Manage loan portfolio, working with stakeholders to identify financing needs and incorporate tax planning considerations.
* Continuously improve KPIs, cash management, and cash forecasting analysis to mitigate risks and identify opportunities.
* Develop and manage global treasury management systems, including bank system rationalization, bank connectivity, and fraud analytics.
* Work with banking partners, SWIFT bureau, businesses, and IT resources to ensure compliance controls and ongoing development of SWIFT and bank connectivity.
* Develop treasury cash management policies and procedures, including the treasury business operating system.
* Provide solutions, guidance, and support on treasury operational related matters to other functions and businesses.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of experience within the finance function of a globally operating corporation.
* Significant international experience in finance-related issues.
* Proven track record of building trust and operating effectively in a dynamic organization.
* Background in treasury, economics, or accounting on a multinational level, with an emphasis on leadership and decision-making.
* Results-oriented leader with demonstrated ability to understand business complexities and make informed decisions.
* Excellent communicator and negotiator with influencing skills and ability to build internal and external alliances.
