Key Responsibilities
Lead, inspire, and develop cross‑functional teams across production, distribution, and customer service
Champion a proactive Health & Safety culture, ensuring full compliance at all times
Drive performance through KPIs, continuous improvement initiatives, and strong leadership
Play a key role in shaping and delivering strategic business objectives
Take ownership of site budgets, P&L, and operational planning
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, delivering exceptional service standards
Ensure compliance with all internal policies and external regulations
