Key Responsibilities:
* To be the primary point of contact for inbound customer communications – telephone, postal, and email.
* To ensure customers' queries are logged in a timely manner and coded as per current requirements to enable accurate reporting.
* Ensure that all customer queries are dealt with promptly.
* To take ownership of customer queries, concerns, and issues and resolve them efficiently.
* Ensure effective communication flow between internal departments, the customer, and the supplier network.
* Provide stakeholders with monthly KPI updates.
* Work with the Customer Relations Manager to provide monthly reporting and general administrative support to team members as needed.
Ideal candidate will have the following experience and skills:
* Experience in a key customer-facing role is essential.
* Customer-driven with the ability to build relationships with customers and network.
* Enthusiastic and passionate about delivering high standards in customer experience.
* Ability to handle and build relationships arising from negative experiences.
* Positive, resilient, and enthusiastic with a 'can-do' attitude.
* Strong computer skills with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and experience using these tools.
