Job Description
* Lead design and specification of electrical engineering solutions for buildings, ensuring compliance with current regulations and design standards.
* Collaborate directly with clients and project engineers to define project requirements and develop technical solutions.
* Oversee pre-construction activities, including design development, construction details, services coordination, and technical submittals.
Requirements
* Third-level degree in electrical or building services engineering.
* 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in design consultancy.
* Strong technical skills in electrical engineering services and design.
* Knowledge of design guides, building regulations, EN & IEC standards.
* Proficiency in Dialux & Amtech.
* Experience with client, vendor, and contractor coordination.
* Proactive team player with excellent attention to detail.
