As an Insurance Account Professional, you will be responsible for supporting the sales and renewal of commercial insurance policies. Your primary objective is to meet sales targets by retaining clients and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products. It is essential to ensure that all procedures are followed correctly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key brokers by anticipating their needs and meeting commitments.
* Establish trust with brokers through effective communication and collaboration within your team to meet broker needs and stay on track with team goals.
Requirements:
* Hold APA or CIP qualifications.
* Have a minimum of 1 year experience working in the Insurance industry.
* Display strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
* A willingness to learn and develop within the role is also important.
This position is ideal for someone who can thrive in a team environment, is organized, and has a strong work ethic. Relevant insurance qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
Candidates with experience as an agent, in Personal Lines or Commercial Lines, or coming from Claims or Underwriting are also considered.
