Key Role in ERP Implementation
About the Job
We are seeking an experienced business analyst to join our team on a long-term ERP implementation project. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality business analysis services, working closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, functional leads, and subject matter experts.
* Conduct thorough business analysis to identify process improvements, optimize business processes, and develop business cases.
* Design and implement effective solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
* Work collaboratively with IT teams to develop and implement technical solutions that support business objectives.
Requirements
* 8+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a similar industry or role.
* Strong understanding of D365 F&O and its applications in business operations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different cultures and geographies.
* Proven track record of success in multi-site implementations, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Working Arrangements
This role will be based in Ireland, with occasional travel across Europe required. The successful candidate will be expected to work largely remotely, with some flexibility to attend meetings and collaborate with colleagues as needed.
