 
        
        We are seeking a highly skilled Accountant to join our team on a part- or full-time basis.
This role involves working with a diverse client portfolio, preparing financial statements, management accounts, tax returns, and supporting audits. You will be responsible for:
 * Preparing financial statements, management accounts, and tax returns for clients in accordance with accounting standards
 * Providing audit support, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
 * Mentoring and guiding junior staff members, reviewing their work and providing feedback
 * BUILDING AND MAINTAINING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS, addressing queries and providing expert advice
 * Contributing to process improvements, maintaining efficiency and delivering high-quality results
As a successful candidate, you will have experience in mentoring trainee accountants, preparing complex financial statements, and managing multiple projects simultaneously. You will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
Key qualifications include:
 * Part- or fully qualified (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent)
 * Experience in auditing, taxation, and financial reporting
 * Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
 * Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
 * Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
