The position As our Head of Project Engineering, you will lead the delivery of exceptional local capital investment projects.
Your role includes managing our project portfolio, ensuring projects meet quality, budget, and timeline standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and compliance.
Key responsibilities include: Leading the site project team in delivering local capital investment projects to high standards Managing the site projects portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs Developing and managing the site projects budget, optimizing resource allocation for sustainable solutions Implementing and improving project management systems, processes, and governance models Driving stakeholder relationships internally and externally, promoting collaboration and team development Qualifications To succeed, you should have:
