Job Title:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Animal Welfare Retail Operations Manager to lead our charity shops and support life-saving rescue work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of volunteers to achieve retail goals
* Oversee daily shop operations, including merchandising and visual displays
* Represent the organization in the community, promoting animal welfare and fundraising efforts
Requirements:
* Strong retail experience with a passion for animal welfare
