Care and Support Role Overview
This role is responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to individuals in various settings, promoting independence, dignity, and well-being through person-centred approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
* To undertake clinical duties as required, providing effective care and support to service users.
* To assist in the provision of care services, promoting independence where appropriate and ensuring strict confidentiality.
* To work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements:
* A right to work in the UK
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with service users and colleagues
* 6 months' experience (3 months UK experience) in a similar role
* NISCC registration or willingness to become registered
* Mandatory training in place or willingness to complete
