We are currently recruiting for a Finishing Foreman / Site Manager.

Finishing Foreman / Site Manager.

Role Responsibilities:
 * Attending daily briefings.
 * Overseeing site operations.
 * Coordinate and manage subcontractors and other labour workers.
 * Manage plant and labour returns.
 * Assisting with the control of plant and equipment on site.
 * Maintain H&S records.
 * Ordering and following up on site material deliveries.
 * Liaise with site team and subcontractor regarding programmes and coordination.
 * Implementation of daily and weekly programmes together with the issue of programme detail to sub-contractors.
 * Ensuring that all works are carried out to the highest Health and Safety standards.
 * Ensuring work is carried out to the highest of quality standards.
 * Attending site meetings as required.
 * Maintaining site diary recording manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping detailed notes of all site activities.
 * Ensure compliance with Building Standards and DBL Quality Management System.
Candidate Specification:
 * Trade Qualified
 * Minimum 5 years' General Foreman/ Finishing Foremen Experience
 * Proven track record commitment and long-term contribution in previous roles
 * Ability to work to tight deadlines
 * Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills
 * To have good spoken and written communication skills
 * To be methodical, pay attention to detail and be accurate
 * To be good at working with people at all levels and willing to work in a team.
 * To be self-motivated with ability to work on own initiative
