To provide critical in-house support to the sales function by managing CRM reporting, preparing quotations and proposals, assisting in lead generation, and ensuring smooth coordination across all stages of the sales process. This role is key to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team through structured reporting, timely documentation, and proactive engagement in business development activities.

Key Accountabilities

* Manage and optimise the company's CRM system and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, pipeline visibility, and production of regular sales reports and insights.
* Assist in the preparation of commercial quotations and tender documentation, coordinating internal inputs to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
* Support the sales team with briefing documents, agendas, meeting notes, and client background research.
* Prepare and support the submission of high-quality sales proposals, pitch decks, offer documents, RFPs, and public sector tenders.
* Assist in identifying and developing new business leads through market research and outbound engagement.
* Track deals through each sales stage, ensuring timely follow-ups, documentation, and alignment with deadlines.
* Monitor and report on key sales performance metrics and KPIs.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and continuity of service.
* Coordinate internal inputs for bids, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
* Additional Duties as assigned by your manager

Qualifications:

* Minimum 3 years proven experience in a sales support, commercial operations, or CRM-focused role.
* Ideally Engineering Graduate with three years' experience.
* Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and Excel.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time-management abilities.
* Commercial awareness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* A degree in
