Orange Recruitment has partnered with a well established engineering services provider based in Dublin who is looking to appoint an experienced Account Manager to support its continued growth.
This position suits a commercially minded professional who enjoys developing long-term client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and working collaboratively with technical teams to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities: Serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders Proactively manage client expectations to ensure a high level of satisfaction Respond to client queries, issues, and escalations promptly and professionally Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts Support the delivery of projects by coordinating with engineering teams and external partners Monitor account performance against agreed commercial targets Experience: Previous experience in an Account Manager, Sales, or Client-facing role Experience working with B2 B customers Demonstrated ability to manage accounts and achieve commercial objectives Background in engineering, construction, building services, or another technical environment Relevant third-level qualification in business, engineering, or a related field
